School's Out!

Hello again! Now that school is out, finals are finally finished (say that 10 times fast!), my beautiful friend Lindy is married and I am back home...I have time to sit and write!
I finished my first year of college at Wichita State University. Whew! It seemed like a long 8 months! I had not been in a rigid school setting for two years and it was difficult getting back into the swing of things. God truly was my strength because there were many times when I cried out wondering if this is really where he wanted me. I had gotten comfortable in being surrounded by like-minded people when God picked me up and moved me to be at a public university. It has been hard, I have wrestled with God much more than I thought, I even stopped going to church for months. I was angry with him because I couldn't see the whole picture. Well, now I know, I will never see the whole picture because that is the beauty of being in relationship with someone. It would be boring to know everything! It takes the adventure out of life and the pleasure of getting to know someone better.
God is good all the time. I have heard that since I was little, but those six words are what keep me going during these past few months. I do not understand Him, but I trust Him.
